Her Social Circle: Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Her Social Circle! By participating in our community and events, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Community Membership

  • Her Social Circle is a women’s community with no membership fees. You may choose to create an account for access to additional features, such as early event registration and updates.

  • Creating an account is optional and free of charge. You only pay for the events you choose to attend.

2. Event Participation

  • By registering for an event, you agree to the terms associated with that event, including payment, cancellation policies, and participation requirements.

  • Her Social Circle events are designed for women. However, some events may have male hosts or collaborators depending on the activity.

  • Participants must be at least 18 years old to attend events unless otherwise specified.

3. Payments & Refunds

  • Payment for events is due upon booking. We accept various payment methods as outlined during the booking process.

  • Her Social Circle reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to another event.

  • Refunds: A full refund will only be issued if the community (Her Social Circle) or the third-party organizer (e.g., the artist hosting the workshop, or restaurant) cancels the event. In such cases, all registered participants will be notified promptly, and refunds will be processed automatically.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans can change, but please note the following policies regarding event cancellations and rescheduling:

  • No Cancellations or Rescheduling: Once you have registered for an event, cancellations and rescheduling are not permitted. We would like to encourage you to make sure you're available before completing your registration.

  • Event Cancellation by Community or Third-Party Organizer: If the community (Her Social Circle) or the third-party organizer (e.g., the artist hosting the workshop, or restaurant) cancels the event you will receive a full refund of your ticket price.

5. Event Conduct

  • Participants are expected to behave respectfully and courteously during all events and interactions within the community.

  • Harassment, discrimination, or any form of inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the event and future participation.

  • Alcohol or substance use should be moderate and responsible. Participants who are disruptive or intoxicated may be asked to leave.

6. Liability & Safety

  • Her Social Circle is not responsible for any personal injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during events. Participants join at their own risk.

  • It is the participant’s responsibility to inform the event organizers of any relevant health concerns or dietary restrictions before attending an event.

  • Her Social Circle is not liable for the actions of third-party event providers, venues, or collaborators.

7. Content & Media

  • By attending events, you consent to being photographed or filmed, with the possibility that your image may be used in promotional materials or social media. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please notify the event organizer in advance.

  • Any content shared within the community should be respectful and relevant. We reserve the right to remove content that is deemed inappropriate or offensive.

8. Privacy

  • Personal information collected during account creation or event registration will be used solely for the purposes of managing your participation and keeping you informed about community events.

  • We do not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • Her Social Circle reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notifying members via email.
